Service Description

One time settlement negotiation. Includes negotiation of a written settlment agreement with debt holder. Includes transfer of limited power of attorney, acquire written agreement with the debt holder for cancellation of the debt upon debtor's payment under the agreement. Debtor is solely responsible for paying the settlement as agreed and shall not transfer anything of value to the consultant.
